Refund policy

Since the products we sell are private products, after the customer receives the goods, we cannot make a second sale. All products in this store do not support return services. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc..we will arrange to resend a product to you, please understand. ）..

The product you provided cannot work, and the broken video is sent to email: email@phanxy.com, we will send you a new product for free after verifying your specific situation within （3-5 working days）.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item..

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
